  • To take reasonable care of the hired products while in your possession

Specific rental terms (including hire period, delivery, pickup, and fees) may be provided separately in a formal agreement or invoice.

4. Delivery, Installation, and Access

Where delivery, pickup, or installation is arranged, the customer must ensure:

  • Safe and reasonable access to the site

  • Suitable ground conditions for installation

  • That no underground services (pipes, cables, etc.) will be damaged

TempFencing Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather

  • Site conditions

  • Restricted access

  • Third-party interference

  • Events outside our reasonable control

5. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for:

  • Ensuring the hired products remain secure and protected from theft or damage

  • Ensuring the products are not used in a way that breaches any laws or regulations

  • Informing TempFencing Ltd immediately if equipment is damaged, stolen, or moved

Additional charges may apply for repairs, replacement, or recovery.

6. Payments

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Payment terms are stated on your invoice

  • Late payments may incur additional fees or interest

  • TempFencing Ltd may suspend services for overdue accounts

7. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made as early as possible.

TempFencing Ltd may charge cancellation fees where:

  • Delivery or installation has already been scheduled

  • Products have already been allocated or dispatched

  • Labour or transport costs have already been incurred

8. Refunds

Refunds are assessed case-by-case.

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us promptly so we can review the matter.

9. Liability and Disclaimer
