Because we provide rental products and site services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the circumstances.
1. Quotes and Bookings
Quotes are valid for a limited time and may change based on:

Delivery distance

Rental duration

Site requirements
Bookings are confirmed once agreed in writing (email, invoice, or message) or once payment has been made (depending on the arrangement).
2. Cancellations
If you need to cancel, please notify us as early as possible.
Cancellation fees may apply if:

Delivery, pickup, or installation has already been scheduled

Products have been allocated or dispatched

Labour and transport costs have already been incurred
3. Refunds
Refunds may be considered where:

You were charged incorrectly

We were unable to supply the agreed service

There was a major issue caused by us
Refunds are not guaranteed in cases where:

Site access was not available

Conditions were unsafe or unsuitable

Equipment was moved, tampered with, or misused

The customer changed their mind after dispatch or delivery
4. Rental Hire Fees
Rental fees are charged based on the agreed hire period.
If you return equipment early, partial refunds are not automatically provided unless agreed in writing.
If the hire period is extended, additional charges will apply.
5. Faulty or Damaged Equipment
If you believe equipment supplied by us is faulty or unsafe, you must contact us immediately.
We may:

Arrange a service visit
Damage caused by misuse, relocation, or tampering may be charged to the customer.
